目的:研究和观察治疗高血压合并冠心病患者时使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片的治疗效果。方法:收集高血压合并冠心病患者共110例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各55例,对照组患者使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组的治疗药物为氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察和对比。结果:观察组患者血压水平变化显著优于对照组,观察组患者心绞痛治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:在高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗过程中,使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片能够有效改善患者的血压和血脂水平量,提高患者心绞痛的治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective: To study and observe the therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 110 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin. Amlodipine atorvastatin Calcium, the clinical treatment of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: The changes of blood pressure in observation group were significantly better than those in control group. The effective rate of angina pectoris in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion: Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients with hypertension and improve the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, which is worth popularizing and applying.
