不知不觉参加工作已有18年了,担任班主任工作已有16个年头。班主任的工作烦琐,管理班级必须是面面俱到,比如学习、纪律、卫生、安全、其他等等。总有想不到,顾及不到的状况发生,班主任在这种工作环境下,压力之大可想而知。为了使自己工作轻松同时又能管理到位,本人十几年来一直努力摸索方法,希望能找到并能享受班主任工作带来的乐趣。自从全市开展高效教学以来,我利用高效的特点对班级管理具体化,做到人人有事做,事事有人做,几年来收效明显,现将积累的感想与大家分享:
