国务院总理李克强5月24日主持召开国务院常务会议,决定设立国家职业资格目录,降低就业创业门槛提升职业水平。会议指出,清理职业资格许可和认定,是深化简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革的重要内容。2014年以来,针对原有职业资格设置缺乏法律法规依据、过多过滥等问题,国务院分七批取消了434项职业资格、占总数的70%以上,促进了大众创业、万众创新和就业。为推动职业资格纳入依法管理轨道。
