本文从社会、学校、教师个人思想认识等方面分析了高职院校教师参与科研的制约因素,并为破除这些障碍,提升高职院校科研水平提出了相应的对策。
This article analyzes the constraints of teachers participating in scientific research in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of society, schools and teachers’ personal ideology, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to eliminate these obstacles and improve the scientific research level in higher vocational colleges.
