大学教学改革已经在高校进行数年,为了顺应我国高等教育新形势,促进教育改革,2004年国家教育部高教司制定的《大学英语课程教学要求》指出:大学英语课程教学目标是培养学生的英语综合运用能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效进行口头和书面的信息交流。至2017年,多数大学的大学英语课程已从每学年64课时减少至56甚至更少课时。课时减少的客观条件下,只有提升教学效果才能报纸最终的教学目标的实现。“以内容为依托教学模式”区别于传统教学,有其独特优势,相信在该理论指导下展开独立学院大学英语教学改革定会取得有效的成果。
In order to conform to the new situation of higher education in our country and to promote the reform of education, the teaching reform of university teaching has been carried out in colleges and universities. In 2004, the Teaching Requirements of College English Curriculum formulated by the Higher Education Department of the State Ministry of Education pointed out that the goal of college English teaching is to train students’ English Comprehensive use of capacity to enable them to effectively communicate verbally and in written information in English in their future work and social interactions. By 2017, most college English courses have been reduced from 64 hours per academic year to 56 or fewer. Under the objective conditions of reducing class hours, the ultimate goal of the newspaper can be achieved only by improving teaching effectiveness. “Content-based teaching model ” is different from the traditional teaching, has its unique advantages, I believe under the guidance of the theory of Independent College College English teaching reform will achieve effective results.
