在2015年5月9日俄罗斯红场阅兵式上首次展示的新型装甲车辆中,基于“回旋镖”VPK-7829通用轮式平台的K-16装甲输送车和K-17步兵战车对于许多人来说颇为神秘。在兵器知识爱好者和新闻记者中,已经产生了各种各样臆断,他们对“回旋镖”平台的结构特点也进行足够多的辩论。因机缘巧合,前段时间原文作者——资深坦克专家——谢尔盖·苏沃洛夫有幸与这两款战车的研制者并肩工作了一段时间,现在尝试论述这两型战车。
