我院自1998年9月至2006年12月采用放射治疗慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)巨脾11例,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1·1临床资料11例患者中,男4例,女7例。11例均腹胀不适,6例伴有呼吸困难。血常规WBC100～180×109/L3例,50～100×109/L4例,10～50×109/L2例,4～10×109/L2例
Our hospital from September 1998 to December 2006 using radiotherapy of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) spleen in 11 cases, and achieved good results, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical Information 11 patients, 4 males and 7 females. All 11 cases had abdominal distension and discomfort, and 6 cases had dyspnea. Blood routine WBC100 ~ 180 × 109 / L3 cases, 50 ~ 100 × 109 / L 4 cases, 10 ~ 50 × 109 / L2 cases, 4 ~ 10 × 109 / L2 cases
