2001年3月24日至26日,中广协报委会四届四次全会、中报协广委会三届四次全会暨全国报纸广告工作会议在京召开,来自全国各报代表88人参加了会议。国家工商行政管理局惠鲁生副局长、广告司屈建民司长、中国广告协会杨培青会长、武高汉副秘书长出席会议,并作了重要讲话。此次会议除报告工作外,还就当前大家关心的问题进行了讨论和交流。杨培青会长指出,虚假广告是整个市场秩序中的表现之一,是多个矛盾中的一个,是社会职业道德的表现之一,她要求广告界同仁正确认识加入世贸组织给国内广告带来的机遇,练好内功,迎接挑战;惠鲁生
