我厂有天车30多台,所使用的减速机近150台均有不同程度的漏油或渗油现象。分析其漏油的主要原因有:(1)减速机外壳时效处理不好,内应力未消除净而引起机壳变形漏油; (2)减速机机壳结合面处粗糙或端盖与机壳孔加工后配合不好,产生较大的缝隙,引起漏油;(3)在组装或修理时因操作造成的结合面处、端盖和端盖孔等密封处有碰伤或杂物,或不注意螺栓的紧固顺序而出现缝隙造成泄漏。
