去年,我們参加西山平峒現場会議以后,回到公司就立即发动职工认真学习他們的經驗,并結合公司实际情况,逐項进行研究,訂出推广西山平峒經驗計划,确定以一个斜井为推广的重点,同时在一个平峒、一个露天矿和一个机修厂全面推广。到現在共推广了13項西山平峒經驗,取得了良好效果。在掘进方面,提高了作业效率,加快了掘进速度,平均日进尺比过去提高10多倍。在生产技术管理方面,改善了管理体制和劳动組織,协調了工种之間、工序之間的作业关系,使机械修配、材料供应、設备使用都更好地适应生产的需要,从而提高了生产技术管理水平。
