日本农民职业教育的制度化、层次化、类型化以及多方社会力量的参与发展,是世界具有代表性的成功模式之一。中国经济发达地区虽然农民收入水平位居全国前列,但人力资本要素仍制约着农村社会的发展,农民职业教育存在制度化、组织化、持久性保障机制不完善以及由文化水平低、科技意识淡薄、情报信息闭塞带来的制约农民接受职业教育等问题。借鉴日本农民职业教育路径的建构模式,以经济发达省份江苏省为比照范例,可以建议制定相关适切对策,为中国的农民职业教育注入新动力。
The systematic, hierarchical and typological vocational education of Japanese peasants and the participation and development of multi-lateral social forces are one of the representative successful models in the world. Although the income level of peasants in China’s economically developed areas is among the highest in the country, the factors of human capital still restrict the development of rural society. The peasants’ vocational education has the institutionalization and organization, the imperfect guarantee mechanism of durability and the low education level and weak awareness of science and technology , Blocking the intelligence information brought about by farmers to accept vocational education and other issues. Drawing lessons from the mode of construction of the path of Japanese peasants ’vocational education and taking Jiangsu Province, an economically developed province as an example, we can suggest appropriate countermeasures to inject new impetus into the peasants’ vocational education in China.
