Reform and opening up are the fundamental driving force to promote the development of Jiangsu. In retrospect of the course of more than 30 years of reform and opening up, Jiangsu has seized three great opportunities and has undergone three major transformations: developing township and village enterprises, developing an open economy and developing an innovative economy.
