目的 :初步探讨黄芩茎叶总黄酮调节血脂作用机理。方法 :采用离体外翻小肠囊法 ,观察黄芩茎叶总黄酮对回肠胆盐吸收的影响。结果 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮可剂量依赖性地抑制胆盐的吸收 ,其与考来烯胺的抑制胆盐吸收的作用相比 ,没有显著性差异。结论 :抑制胆盐的吸收可能是黄芩茎叶总黄酮调节血脂作用的机理之一
Objective : To investigate the mechanism of lipid metabolism by total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis. METHODS: The effect of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis on the absorption of bile salts in ileum was observed. Results: The total flavonoids of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis can inhibit the absorption of bile salts in a dose-dependent manner. Compared with the effect of cholestyramine on bile salt absorption, there was no significant difference. Conclusion : Inhibition of bile salt absorption may be one of the mechanisms of lipid metabolism by total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis.
