教师被人们称为人类灵魂的工程师。教师要塑造学生的灵魂,首先要塑造自己的灵魂。教师教育学生既要言教,又要身教,而身教重于言教,所以教师必须加强职业道德修养,应具有优良的品德和高尚的情操。法国作家卢梭说过:“没有榜样,你永远不能成功地教给学生以任何东西。”法国作家罗曼·罗兰也说过:“要撒播阳光到别人心中,总得自己心中有阳光。”我想,我们每个教师的师德就如同这里的“榜样”和“阳光”。
Teachers are called engineers of human souls. Teachers want to shape the soul of students, we must first shape their own souls. Teacher Education Students should not only precept but also teach, and instructors are more important in teaching and learning. Therefore, teachers must strengthen professional ethics and should have good moral character and noble sentiments. French writer Rousseau said: “There is no role model, you can never successfully teach students anything. ” The French writer Roman Roland also said: “To spread the sun to others, always get their hearts sunshine. ”I think the ethics of each of our teachers is like the“ example ”and the“ sunshine ”here.
