目的:研究由中医验方研制而成的金威消石颗粒对大鼠血常规及凝血功能的影响。方法:健康SD大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机选入金威消石颗粒高、中、低剂量组及空白对照组,分别经胃灌注不同浓度的金威消石颗粒混悬液和蒸馏水,12.5 mL/kg,每日2次,每周给药6 d,连续3个月。然后经腹腔动脉取血1 mL,检查血常规和凝血酶原时间。结果:金威消石颗粒中、低剂量组大鼠红细胞压积(Hct)偏高、血红蛋白(Hb)偏低,低剂量组红细胞(RBC)偏高,中剂量组淋巴细胞(Lymph)%偏低和嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)%偏高,与空白对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但均在正常范围内。各剂量组大鼠PT与空白对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:金威消石颗粒给药3个月对大鼠血常规及凝血功能未产生明显药物相关性不良反应。这对金威消石颗粒临床应用提供可靠的理论依据。
Objective: To study the effects of Jinwei Xiaoshi granule, which was developed by traditional Chinese medicine prescription, on the blood and coagulation function in rats. Methods: Forty healthy male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose groups of Jinwei Xiaoshi granules and blank control group. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: 12.5 mL / kg twice daily for 6 days for 3 consecutive months. Then by the celiac artery blood 1 mL, check blood and prothrombin time. Results: The rats in Jinweixiaoshi Granule group had higher hematocrit (Hct), lower hemoglobin (Hb), higher erythrocyte (RBC) in low dose group and moderate% Lymph% Low and eosinophils (Eos)% were high, compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.05), but within the normal range. There was no significant difference in the PT of each dose group compared with the blank control group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Jinweixiaoshi granule administered for 3 months has no obvious drug-related adverse reactions on blood and coagulation function in rats. This provides a reliable theoretical basis for the clinical application of Jinwei Xiaoshi particles.
