白内障硅胶粘出术首先由等(1966年)用于临床,1970年美国眼科杂志也曾有过报道,但都未引起重视。1975年来湖北医学院眼科在动物实验成功的基础上用于各类白内障摘出共42例46眼,囊内摘出的成功率达81.2%,效果尚满意,并有一定的优越性。我科采用硅胶摘出老年性白内障共30例34眼,初步小结介绍如下。硅胶简介硅胶亦名氧化硅胶或硅酸凝胶,化学成份
