《中华人民共和国著作权法》是新中国建立以来颁布的第一部著作权法,且于1991年6月1日起施行。著作权法的实行为保护文学、艺术和科学作品作者的著作权,以及与著作权有关的权益,有着极其重要的意义。景德镇是举世闻名的瓷都,对我国及世界发展有着巨大的贡献。但由于作者自身保护意识缺乏,近年来景德镇陶瓷行业也面临一些新的侵权问题。本文以景德镇陶瓷市场为例,着重介绍著作权法的重大意义。
The Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China is the first copyright law enacted since the founding of new China and came into force on June 1, 1991. The enforcement of copyright law is extremely important for the protection of the copyright of the authors of literary, artistic and scientific works and the rights and interests related to copyright. Jingdezhen is a world famous porcelain capital that has made tremendous contributions to the development of our country and the world. However, due to the author’s own lack of protection awareness, Jingdezhen ceramic industry in recent years also faces some new infringement issues. In this paper, Jingdezhen ceramic market, for example, focuses on the great significance of copyright law.
