血管内腔截面积是影响血流量的因素之一,本文取用经甲醛固定的成人心脏标本18例和成人尸体40具(男33,女7),对有关的血管内腔截面积进行测量。方法如下:先将血管壁外结缔组织分离干净,用无损伤血管夹将血管壁压扁,用游标卡尺测量压扁后的血管宽度(x)和双层血管壁厚度(y),并以二者之差(x—y)为压扁后的血管内宽径(a)。2a即为血管截面的周内长。又从公式2a=2rπ(中,可得出血管内腔的半径(r):r:(2a)/(2π)=a/π,再由r即可推算出求血管内腔截面积
