目的:调查了解驻戈壁沙漠地区军人皮肤病患者健康及生活质量状况。方法:选择驻戈壁沙漠地区军人1545例,以军人皮肤病患者833例为观察组,健康军人712例为对照组。采用皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表对两组健康及生活质量进行评价。结果:观察组DLQI总分为(12.97±5.54)分,非常显著高于对照组的(4.46±2.31)分(P<0.01);生理、心理,社交、外出或娱乐活动,军事训练,朋友或战友关系,睡眠及治疗所花费时间等项目分值,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组着装或穿戴、日常生活及打理家务、学习或工作等项目分值比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组中,DLQI总分值由高到低依次为手足癣、湿疹、神经性皮炎、日光性皮炎和痤疮,其中,手足癣、湿疹对生活质量影响较大,主要影响生理、心理、军事训练、睡眠等;痤疮对心理,社交、外出或娱乐活动影响较大。5种主要皮肤病患者DLQI总分值两两比较,均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤病显著影响驻戈壁沙漠地区军人生活质量,尤其对生理、心理,社交、外出或娱乐活动,军事训练,朋友或战友关系,睡眠及治疗所花费时间等影响较大,且不同皮肤病对军人生活质量影响不同,应对其所患皮肤病行积极有效治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the health and quality of life of military dermatologists in deserts in the Gobi Desert. Methods: A total of 1545 military personnel in Gobi Desert were selected, 833 military soldiers were treated as observation group and 712 healthy military personnel as control group. The quality of life and health of both groups were evaluated using the Dermatology Quality of Life Index (DLQI) scale. Results: The total score of DLQI in the observation group was (12.97 ± 5.54) points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (4.46 ± 2.31) (P <0.01); physical, mental, social, go out or recreational activities, military training, Friendship, sleep and treatment time spent items such as scores were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). In the observation group, the total score of DLQI from high to low was hand, foot and ringworm, eczema, neurodermatitis, solar dermatitis and acne. Among them, hand, foot and ringworm, eczema greatly influenced the quality of life, which mainly affected the physical, psychological and military training , Sleep, etc .; acne on psychological, social, go out or entertainment activities greater impact. The DLQI scores of five major dermatological diseases were significantly different between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The dermatosis has a significant impact on the quality of life of military personnel stationed in deserts in the Gobi Desert. In particular, skin diseases have a greater impact on physical, psychological, social, go-away or recreational activities, military training, relationships with friends or comrades, and sleep and treatment time. The impact on the quality of life of soldiers is different, should be active and effective treatment of their skin diseases.
