校本研修,是基于学校、为了学校、发展学校的研修。几年来,控江中学以教师为主体,以学校的优质资源为依托,以课改中亟待解决的问题为对象,在个体反思、同伴互助、专家引领中深入开展校本研修,开发校本教材,校内形成了浓厚的研修氛围。几年的校本研修实践在转变教师教育观念、改进教师教学行为、转变学生学习方式、提升课堂教学效能、促进教师专业发展诸方面取得了明显的成效。把校本教材开发作为校本研修的突破口自2005年开始,为使国家课程更好地校本化实施,我们对现有的课程结构作了进一步完善,用学科类课程、实践类课程和兴趣类课程统整目前的课程,积极拓展校本课程,把为学生提供的一切学习活动和学习环境均纳入课程体系。其中学科类课程分为必修和选修两种形式,其中选修课程分为限定性选修和非限定性选修,其中,限定性选修课采用学校统一编写的校本教材,并在学校以往部分年级分层教学试验的基础上引入面向全体学生的分层教学。目前开设的限定性选修课有语、数、外、理、化五门学科,每门学科依据课程标准、参照不同版本教材对现有的必修课教材进行统整,编写出版统一的校本教材。
