目的:采用高效液相色谱法及系统聚类法研究车前子的化学成分模式识别并测定不同产地车前子中芦丁的含量。方法:Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%的乙酸水溶液,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:270 nm,采用梯度洗脱,以24批车前子共有色谱峰峰面积为基础进行聚类分析。结论:不同品种及产地车前子可分为两大类。不同产地车前子中的芦丁含量差异较大。结论:该方法简便、快速,可为车前子药材的品种鉴定、质量控制和GAP建设提供有效、可靠的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the chemical constituents of Semen Plantaginis by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and systematic clustering method and to determine the content of rutin in Semen Plantaginis from different habitats. Method: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% aqueous acetic acid, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength: 270 nm, gradient elution, 24 batches of Plantago Based on the chromatographic peak area, cluster analysis was performed. Conclusion: There are two types of psyllium in different varieties and production areas. The content of rutin in psyllium from different places is quite different. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, which can provide effective and reliable basis for species identification, quality control and GAP construction of medicinal plants of Plantago asiatica.
