铬酸钡分光光度法测定水中硫酸盐是生活饮用水标准检验方法之一(CB5750—85),作者对该法做了改进,现报告如下。操作步骤:(1)吸取50.0ml水样置150ml三角瓶中,放置2粒玻璃珠。(2)另取150ml三角瓶9个,分别加入硫酸盐标准液0.0,0.25,0.5,1.00,2.00,4.00,6.00,8.00,10.00ml,加纯水至50ml,放入2粒玻璃球,(3)向水样及标准液中各加1ml2.5mol/L盐酸溶液,加热煮沸5min左右,切断电源后,加入2.5ml铬酸钡悬浮液,继续加热煮沸5min。(4)取下三角瓶趁热逐滴加入浓氨水(原法为1+1氨水)至呈柠檬黄色,再多
