最近江泽民总书记从治国方略的高度提出依法治国与以德治国相结合的思想,是对我国传统法文化中的“法治”与“德治”思想的批判继承与发展,也是对我国建国以来法制建设与道德建设经验的总结,这不仅对国家的长治久安和建设有中国特色社会主义事业具有重大的现实意义,而且对我国现代法文化建设也具有深远指导意义。
At the latest, General Secretary Jiang Zemin proposed that the idea of combining rule of law with rule of virtue and rule of virtue should raise the critical inheritance and development of the thought of “rule by law” and “rule of virtue” in our country’s traditional legal culture.
