近年来的研究工作表明,精氨酸加压素(AVP)参与休克过程,但其意义及机制不甚明了。本实验观察第Ⅲ脑室注射AVP对烫伤休克大鼠血压、心电及死亡率的影响。实验结果表明,与对照组相比,第Ⅲ脑室注射AVP,可使烫伤大鼠血压短暂维持乃至升高,随之迅速降低;死亡率显著升高;心电图S-T段抬高、T波倒置等提早出现。这提示第Ⅲ脑室注射AVP可使烫伤体克大鼠的心血管功能恶化。本文还讨论了AVP中枢作用的可能机制。
In recent years, research shows that arginine vasopressin (AVP) involved in the shock process, but its significance and mechanism is not clear. The experiment observed the third ventricle AVP injection on the impact of septic shock on blood pressure, ECG and mortality. The results showed that compared with the control group, injection of AVP into the ventricles of the third ventricle could make the blood pressure of the scalded rats maintain or even increase rapidly, and then decrease rapidly; the mortality rate was significantly increased; ST-segment elevation and T-wave inversion of ECG were earlier appear. This suggests that the third ventricle injection of AVP can worsen the cardiovascular function of burned rats. This article also discusses possible mechanisms of AVP central effects.
