西南铝加工厂压延分厂精整车间气动设备较多,主要分布在预剪机列、初平机列、软片机列等几条主要生产线上。靠压缩高速气流作动力(工作压力约4.8×10~5帕),气动双阀分配器是这几条生产线上的排气装置,压缩机的工作以增加气流速度为基础,然后把速度头扩散到压力头,因此是一种高速气流,也是一个强的声源。监测表明,其噪声值已达到112～115分贝(A),对设备操作人员和在车间工作的其他人员的健康,以及车间环境都带来很大的影响。职工反映强烈,也不符合国家对设备噪声规定的要求。西南铝
