改变茎点霉 2 99的发酵条件 ,从 2 99的发酵液和菌丝体的乙酸乙酯萃取物中又分离得到两个开环的 trichothecenes类化合物 2 99- S和 2 99- T。经光谱分析 (UV、FAB、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR- DEPT、IR、[α]) ,证实它们分别为 isotrichoverrin B和 isotrichoverrol B。在酵母模型中 ,它们均显示较强的免疫抑制活性。
In order to change the fermentation conditions of Phytophthora capsici 299, two open-chain trichothecenes, 2 99-S and 2 99-T, were isolated from the 2 99 fermentation broth and the mycelium ethyl acetate extract. Spectral analysis (UV, FAB, 1 H-NMR, 1 3C-NMR-DEPT, IR, [α]) confirmed that they were isotrichoverrin B and isotrichoverrol B, respectively. They all show strong immunosuppressive activity in the yeast model.
