375例早孕妇女,分组用po米非司酮片单用或合用米索前列醇片,观察其终止早孕的临床疗效.结果:115例1次单用米非司酮600mg po组,52例停经天数≤35d者,完全流产率为88.0%;110例合用米索前列醇片600μg po,20例停经天数≤34d者,完全流产率为94.1%,可见合并用药明显提高了抗旱孕的效果(P<0.05).另外,150例又分为3个小组po不同剂量的米非司酮,并合用米索前列醇600μg,各组间完全流产率无显著差异.
375 cases of early pregnancy women, grouping with po mifepristone tablets alone or in combination with misoprostol tablets, to observe the clinical efficacy of termination of early pregnancy.Results: 115 cases of a single mifepristone 600mg po group, 52 cases of menopause The complete abortion rate was 88.0%. The total abortion rate was 94.1% in 110 cases of misoprostol 600 μg po and 20 cases of menopausal days ≤ 34 days. The results showed that the combination therapy significantly increased the effect of drought-resistant pregnancy (P <0.05) .In addition, 150 patients were divided into three groups po different doses of mifepristone, and misoprostol 600μg, the complete abortion rate between the groups no significant difference.
