目的 :研究 Cyclin D1 蛋白的表达和基因的扩增及其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化和差异聚合酶链反应 (DPCR)技术对 45例胃癌进行 Cyclin D1 检测。结果 :Cyclin D1 蛋白在胃癌中的表达率为 5 7.8% (2 6 / 45 ) ,高于正常胃组织的 2 0 % (9/ 45 ) ,且与胃癌的分化和转移密切相关。胃癌组织 Cyclin D1 基因扩增的阳性率为 48.9% (2 2 /45 )。 DPCR和免疫组化结果基本一致。结论 :Cyclin D1 基因在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用。 Cyclin D1 的表达和扩增与胃癌细胞的高增殖活性密切相关
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of Cyclin D1 protein and gene amplification and its relationship with the development of gastric cancer. Methods: Cyclin D1 was detected in 45 cases of gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry and differential polymerase chain reaction (DPCR). Results: The positive rate of Cyclin D1 protein in gastric cancer was 57.8% (26/45), which was higher than that in normal gastric tissues (20%, 9/45), which was closely related to the differentiation and metastasis of gastric cancer. The positive rate of Cyclin D1 gene amplification in gastric cancer was 48.9% (2/45). DPCR and immunohistochemistry results are basically the same. Conclusion: Cyclin D1 gene plays an important role in the development of gastric cancer. The expression and amplification of Cyclin D1 is closely related to the high proliferative activity of gastric cancer cells
