在高校教育改革、建设和发展中,青年教师已经成为高校教师队伍的主力军,尤其是青年教师党员。当前,高校青年教师党员队伍建设存在入党热情不高、理想信念不坚定、党性修养不够等问题。因此,高校应做到发挥高校党委的领导核心作用、努力构建服务型党组织、建立全面的激励保障机制以及构建党员教育培训体系,以此加强青年教师党员队伍的建设。
In the reform, construction and development of college education, young teachers have become the main force of college teachers, especially young teachers. At present, there are such problems as the lack of enthusiasm for joining the party, the lack of firm conviction in our ideals and convictions, and the lack of self-cultivation in our party’s qualifications. Therefore, colleges and universities should play the leading role of party committees in colleges and universities, strive to build service-oriented party organizations, establish a comprehensive incentive and guarantee mechanism and build education and training system for party members so as to strengthen the construction of contingent of party members.
