编者按:一面旗帜飘扬了十年,靠的是政治本色一尘不染,靠的是坚强的思想政治工作。我们提倡科学发展观,就是要像房恩慈那样,把发展的思路运用到民兵、预备役部队建设上来。要积极创新观念,研究新情况,解决新问题,用改革的精神抓建设,用创新的成果求发展。同时不仅在民兵建设上思想观念创新,还要不断创新工作方法,彻底克服凭老经验办事和按习惯做法指导工作的模式,运用新科技手段,彻底解决长期困扰后备力量建设的老问题。房恩慈的行动,为我们做出了榜样。
