ＤＨＥ是强效镇痛剂，毒副作用明显低于吗啡，舌下给药应用方便。对１０例病人的严密观察结果表明，ＤＨＥ起效快（５～１５ｍｉｎ），持续时间较长（４～７ｈ）。其镇痛效能强，能有效地缓解剧烈性痛（包括癌肿性痛），用药后疼痛测定（ＶＡＳ）显示疼痛明显减轻。然而部分病例随着用药时间的延长，其效能与镇痛强度可有不同程度的减退。与其他非麻醉性镇痛药合用，可增强其镇痛效应及延长镇痛时间。此外对本药引起的副作用及成瘾可疑现象亦进行了观察与讨论。
DHE is a potent analgesic, toxicity was significantly lower than morphine, sublingual administration convenient. Strict observation of 10 patients showed that DHE onset of fast (5 ~ 15min), longer duration (4 ~ 7h). Its analgesic efficacy, can effectively alleviate severe pain (including cancer pain), after pain determination of pain (VAS) showed significantly reduced pain. However, some cases with the extension of medication time, its efficacy and analgesic intensity may have varying degrees of decline. Combined with other non-narcotic analgesics, it can enhance its analgesic effect and prolong analgesic time. In addition, side effects caused by the drug and addictions suspicious phenomena were also observed and discussed.
