在充分肯定今年以来我省再就业工作取得新的成效的同时,必须清醒地看到我省在落实再就业扶持政策和推进再就业工作中存在的一些突出问题和薄弱环节。这些问题主要表现在,一是再就业工作的目标责任体系不够健全。由于各方面的原因,省上和大多数地区尚未将净增就业岗位、落实再就业政策、加大再就业资金投入等项具体工作目标,作为考核各级政府和有关部门的重要内容加以全面落实;有的地区没有建立联席会议制度,没有形成统一领导、分工协作、部门联动的工作机制;有的地区落实再就业扶持政策的各项工作力度不大,具体办法和措施不多,工作成效不明显。
While fully affirming that new achievements have been made in reemployment in our province since the beginning of this year, we must clearly see some prominent problems and weak links in implementing the reemployment support policies and promoting reemployment in our province.
