在我国商业银行的股份制改革进程中,人才已经成为提升核心竞争力的关键因素。作为商业银行的人力资源管理部门,应当以战略人力资源管理的理念,积极构建与商业银行战略目标相匹配、能够适应本行经营战略的人力资源管理体系。
In the process of joint-stock reform of commercial banks in our country, talent has become the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness. As a human resources management department of a commercial bank, it should actively construct a human resources management system that matches the strategic objectives of commercial banks and is able to adapt to the Bank’s business strategy based on the concept of strategic human resources management.
