本文首次报道了应用高压液相色谱法测定17种商品大黄中34种化学成分的含量,包括4种甘肃大黄Rheum palmatum L.,2种四川雅黄R. tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. 或R. palmaturn L,和11种未知原植物品种的日本商品大黄。结果表明:17种商品大黄中的34种化学成分含量与商品等级没有平行关系。
This article first reported the use of high-pressure liquid chromatography for the determination of 34 chemical constituents in 17 commercial rhubarbs, including 4 Rheum palmatum L., and 2 R. tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. or R. palmaturn. L, and 11 kinds of unknown original plant varieties of Japanese product rhubarb. The results showed that there was no parallel relationship between the content of 34 chemical components in 17 kinds of commercial rhubarb and the commodity grade.
