弥漫性全细支气管炎(DPB)为预后不艮的疾病,近年来在日本引起特剧注意,其病因至今不明。鉴于DBP 与慢性上气道炎合并度甚高,可设想上下气道防御机构中,有共同的某些因素异常,可能是发病的原因。因年轻人发病者不少,故也可考虑与先天异常有关。因此,作者研究气道防御机构中起重要作用的粘液纤毛输送系,特别以气道粘膜纤毛为中心,测定纤毛摆动频率(CBF),并用透射电镜(TEM),观察纤毛正切横断面的超微结构。研究对象及方法以合乎厚生者DPB 临床诊断
Diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) is a disorder with a non-prognostic significance, and in recent years it has drawn special attention in Japan, and its etiology is still unknown. Given the high degree of DBP merger with chronic upper airways inflammation, the upper and lower airway defense agencies can be conceived, there are some common factors that may be the cause of the disease. Due to a large number of young patients, it can also be considered associated with congenital anomalies. Therefore, we studied the mucociliary transport system that plays an important role in the airway defense mechanism. In particular, we measured the ciliary wobble frequency (CBF), especially the airway mucociliary cilia. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe the ultrastructure of the cilia tangential cross section structure. Subjects and methods to meet the clinical diagnosis of fathers DPB
