又是一年春光好,一元复始气象新。接天莲叶无穷碧,映日荷花别样红。伴着“神舟”号航天飞船遨游太空的荣耀,随着澳门回归祖国母亲怀抱的喜悦,我们听到了新世纪的铿锵钟声、看到了喷薄而出的朝阳。2000年,是新世纪的开端,又恰逢千禧龙年。作为龙的传人的我们这一代中国人,感到无比的自豪。逢盛世,龙在天,行春雨,沐人间,正是我们一展宏图、大显身手的最好时机。至此,我们《学理论》杂志编辑部的全体同仁,愿与广大读者携手并肩,共同谱写新的篇章,为新的一年更加流光溢彩增添束束地球上最美丽的花朵——理
