转变煤炭经济发展方式,必须从强化安全生产和资源科学规划入手,依靠科技进步构建现代化煤炭工业体系,严格行业准入,提高集中度,通过资源整合优化产业结构。煤炭企业走集团化经营发展道路,积极推进循环低碳发展,切实保护环境,最终实现煤炭资源的合理科学开发和清洁高效利用。
To change the way of economic development of coal, we must start with strengthening safety production and scientific planning of resources, relying on scientific and technological progress to build a modernized coal industrial system, strictly restrict industrial access, improve concentration and optimize industrial structure through resource integration. Coal enterprises take the path of group operation and development, actively promote the development of recycling low-carbon and effectively protect the environment, and ultimately realize the rational scientific development and clean and efficient utilization of coal resources.
