良好班级秩序的构建是一项长期而又艰巨的任务,随着班主任管理经验的不断提升,总是能够得到一些有效的心得与体会,井井有条的班级秩序是保证学生学习质量的前提、基础,而为学生提供这样的一种环境和氛围,便是所有班主任共同不可推卸的责任。结合自身的教学管理经验,谈一谈如何构建良好的初中班级秩序,望对各位同仁有所帮助。
