细胞的敏感性在脊髓灰质炎病毒（PV）检测中具有重要意义，运用RD、Hep-2及新引入的L20B细胞同时进行肠道病毒的分离及鉴定，结果3种细胞对PV出现了不同程度的漏检，RD细胞的漏检率较高．L20B细胞对PV具有较强的敏感性和特异性，但也出现了1株PV的漏检．不同细胞对PV检出率差异的原因有待于继续研究．
