设计了一种超宽带相位梯度超表面,在电磁波垂直照射条件下能够在15~20 GHz频段内观察到明显的奇异反射现象。提出了一种双“工”型亚波长结构的单元,且不同尺寸单元的反射相位差在设计频段内基本保持不变,保证了其超宽带工作。利用该单元设计了单元数为31×30,尺寸为186 mm×180 mm的相位梯度超表面,并在15 GHz,17.5 GHz,20 GHz 3个频点观察到了明显的奇异反射现象,验证了所设计超表面的宽带特性。最后,对该超表面进行了加工并测试,测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好。
An ultra-wideband phase-graded superficial surface was designed to observe significant singular reflections in the frequency band of 15-20 GHz under the condition of vertical electromagnetic radiation. A double “work ” type subwavelength structure unit is proposed, and the reflection phase differences of different size units remain basically unchanged in the designed frequency band, ensuring ultra-wideband operation. Using this element, a phase gradient superficial surface with 31 × 30 elements and a size of 186 mm × 180 mm was designed and obvious singular reflections were observed at 3 frequencies of 15 GHz, 17.5 GHz and 20 GHz. Design super-surface broadband features. Finally, the super-surface was machined and tested, the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
