先天性髋关节脱位(congenital hip dislocation,CDH)是一种常见先天性畸形,以早诊早治效果为佳,大于3岁的患儿髋关节及周围软组织病理变化加重,闭合整复不易成功,强行复位易出现股骨头坏死等并发症,宜手术治疗。我科自2003年至今采用改良Pemberton截骨治疗大龄先天性髋关节脱位38例,效果满意。现报告如下。
