近年来,我市经济社会发展较快,土地征用量增加,涉及大批被征地人员的切身利益,被征地人员基本生活保障问题随之突出。为深入贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,保障被征地人员的基本生活促进经济社会可持续发展,全面建设小康社会,从2002年2月开始;市委、市政府组织有关部门开展了调研,我局与劳动保障、财政等部门积极做好参谋,提出了一系列政策建议,着力构筑以增强被征地人员发展能力为目标的基本生活
