本实验提示在大鼠口服乙二醇形成结石的过程中,草酸钙晶体主要出现在肾小管腔内,与小管上皮关系密切,并有明显的极性。晶体的存在可以影响肾小管的结构改变,随着近曲小管微绒毛刷状缘的丧失及上皮细胞的坏死,晶体便脱落至管腔。晶体表面因复盖有细胞碎片和基质而容易引起聚集,聚集的晶体与暴露的基底膜接触,对微结石的形成起核心作用。本文还对草酸钙晶体两种基本结构的形态及其与草酸钙晶体形成的关系,进行了阐述和讨论。
This experiment suggests that calcium oxalate crystals appear mainly in the renal tubular lumen during the process of oral administration of ethylene glycol to rats, which is closely related to tubule epithelium and has obvious polarity. The existence of crystals can affect the structural changes of the renal tubules, with the proximal tubule microvilli brush edge loss and epithelial cell necrosis, the crystal will fall off to the lumen. The crystal surface is easily aggregated by cell debris and matrix, and the aggregated crystals are in contact with the exposed basement membrane, which plays a central role in the formation of microlithiasis. The paper also elaborates and discusses the morphology of the two basic structures of calcium oxalate crystals and their relationship with the formation of calcium oxalate crystals.
