Six kinds of food to help the elderly health and longevity Recently, Peking University and China Center for Aging Research on the National Tens of thousands of elderly people over the age of 80 were followed up and found that six types of food to help the elderly health and longevity, they are: ① miscellaneous grains. Elderly people who take miscellaneous grains as their staple food have better health status than those who eat rice. ② fresh fruit. Older people, who regularly consume fresh fruits, are in better health than those who do not eat often
