水库在防御洪水灾害和保障国民经济发展建设的过程中发挥着重要的作用。如今,我国已建成各类水库几十万座,而且,这些水库大都建立于20世纪50~70年代。目前,这些水库中有大约有上万座属于病险水库,对社会、经济发展、自然环境的破坏越来越大,不利于社会的稳定与经济的发展。本文针对病险水库存在的问题,分析了水库除险加固的现状和对策。
Reservoirs play an important role in preventing flood disasters and ensuring the development of national economy. Today, hundreds of thousands of reservoirs have been built in our country. Moreover, most of these reservoirs were established in the 1950s and 1970s. At present, about 30,000 of these reservoirs are in danger reservoirs, causing greater damage to social and economic development and the natural environment, which is not conducive to social stability and economic development. In this paper, according to the existing problems of dangerous reservoirs, the status quo and countermeasures of reservoir reinforcement are analyzed.
