定陶县属湖西平原区.干旱缺水是基本水情。随着国民经济的发展和社会的进步,工农业用水量不断提高,水资源供需矛盾更加突出,因此,解决干旱缺水两大问题,成为该县新世纪发展水利事业的重要内容。1 水资源开发利用现状 该县以开采地下水、发展井灌为主,以引黄客水灌溉为辅,对当地水资源有较好的调节和补充作用。因此,机井密度比较大,约3.34hm~2 1眼井。由于地下水开采量大且集中,补源条件差,导致采补失调,形成的地下水局部漏斗
