[目的]把模糊综合评价法运用在地铁项目卫生学评价中,探索建立一套科学合理、量化可比,能够在实际评价工作中推广应用的多指标综合评级方法。[方法]参考标准、文献、国内相关指标体系,并对地铁环境进行卫生调查和专家咨询,初步建立上海地铁环境卫生评价指标体系及模糊评判准则;采用专家咨询法确定各级指标的权重。并应用该方法对上海市地铁某号线北段一期工程10个地下车站进行卫生学评价。[结果]初步形成地铁车站卫生评价体系、指标权重和评判标准,该体系从多角度反映了地铁环境卫生状况。上海市地铁某号线北段一期工程10个地下车站中有6个车站卫生指标检测等级为Ⅱ级(未污染),4个车站卫生指标检测等级为Ⅰ级(清洁),全线综合评判卫生等级为Ⅱ级(未污染)。[结论]模糊综合评价法可应用于地铁项目卫生学评价,能划定卫生等级,得出确切结论。
[Objective] The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied in the subway project hygiene evaluation, and a set of multi-index comprehensive rating method which was scientifically reasonable, quantitatively comparable and able to be popularized and applied in practical evaluation was explored. [Method] Reference standards, documents and domestic related index system were put forward. The subway environment was surveyed healthily and expertly consulted. The evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation criteria of Shanghai Subway environment sanitation were established initially. The weight of indicators at all levels was determined by expert consultation. The method is applied to evaluate the hygiene of 10 underground stations in the first phase of the north section of Shanghai Metro Line. [Result] The hygienic evaluation system, index weight and evaluation standard of subway station were initially formed. The system reflected the subway environment sanitation status from many aspects. Six of the 10 underground stations in the first phase of Shanghai Metro Line Phase I project have Grade II (non-polluting) hygienic indicators, grade I (clean) hygienic indicators at four stations, comprehensive health assessment Grade Ⅱ (non-polluting). [Conclusion] The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be applied to the hygienic evaluation of subway project, and the hygienic grade can be drawn and the exact conclusion can be drawn.
