改革开放以来,广东省在经济迅猛发展的同时,财政工作也取得了显著的成绩。1979—1997年,全省财政收入年均增长19.1%(分税制前口径)。从1991年起,收入规模已连续七年居于全国首位。1997年,全省地方一般预算收入达到543.94亿元,加上上划中央“两税”收入,占全国财政收入的比重已达到10%左右。全省涌现出了一批收入过亿元、十亿元的县(市)和收入达千万元、超亿元的乡镇。1979—
Since the reform and opening up, while Guangdong Province has enjoyed rapid economic growth, remarkable achievements have also been made in the financial work. From 1979 to 1997, the province’s fiscal revenue grew at an average annual rate of 19.1% (before tax). Since 1991, the scale of income has ranked first in the country for seven consecutive years. In 1997, the local general budgetary revenue of the province reached 54.394 billion yuan, plus the income from the central government and the “two taxes”, accounting for about 10% of the national total.
