社会保险为参保人员记录一生、管理一生、服务一生,承载着城乡参保人员的切身利益,随着近年来社会保障体系覆盖范围的不断加大,社保档案管理工作作为社保经办部门的核心任务,其重要地位和意义更加凸显。本文试图从加强社保档案管理的重要意义、制度建设、实体安全、电子信息安全、基础设施建设等方面,进一步阐述和说明强化社保档案安全体系建设的重要性和必要性。
Social insurance records lifetime for the insured, lifetime and service for life, bearing the vital interests of urban and rural residents. With the increasing coverage of social security system in recent years, social security file management as the core of social security department Mission, its important position and significance even more prominent. This article attempts to further elaborate and explain the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of social security file system from the aspects of strengthening the importance of social security file management, system construction, entity security, electronic information security and infrastructure construction.
