由许志方教授、沈佩君副教授合编的《水利工程经济学》已由水利电力出版社出版。如何提高水利工程的经济效益,在当前是一个突出的问题。《水利工程经济学》的出版,有助于增强水利工作者的经济意识,为如何掌握和运用经济规律,指导工程实践,使水利工作真正转移到以效益为中心的轨道,提供了有力的工具,从而对贯彻“加强经营管理,提高经济效益”的水利方针,将是有力的促进。
The “Water Engineering Economics” compiled by Professor Xu Zhi Fang and Shen Peijun has been published by Water Resources and Electric Power Press. How to improve the economic benefits of water conservancy projects is a prominent issue at present. The publication of Economics of Water Conservancy helps to enhance the economic awareness of water conservancy workers and provides a powerful tool for how to grasp and apply economic laws and guide engineering practice so that water conservancy work can truly be transferred to a benefit-centered approach. Therefore, it will be a strong impetus to implementing the water policy of “strengthening management and improving economic efficiency”.
